Clean Eating

With the weather warming up a bit down south I'm motivated more than ever to eat more healthy meals everyday. I also have a lot more time to plan my meals. This is one of my favorite meals. Its low in calories but high in protein, great for after the gym! Apples with peanut butter and an overt easy egg with sprinkle cheese and tons of spinach on a 100 calorie deli flat with salt and pepper to add extra flavor. Whats your favorite healthy meal?
